I awoke to the following headlines today in Geneva, Switzerland (my current home): 30, 000 Dogs Muzzled, All the Dogs Muzzled, and All Dogs Muzzled in the Parks! Apparently, a pit bull who was being walked by a 15 year old girl attacked a young child in one of the parks. Now, a temporary measure has been instituted that requires all dogs in any park in Geneva to wear a muzzle. Well, as you can see by my magnificent profile, I don't have one!
