Apparently, this ad is designed to appeal to the dogowner's sense of ownership of public space, saying you wouldn't allow your dog to do his "business" in your home without cleaning it up, so don't allow it on the street. Judging by the amount of dog waste still on the sidewalks, I would have to say it's not working.

Doggy "DIRT"!!

hi- I just found your blog - it's great!
Oh...I want Paris!! In my neighborhood when we walk dogs we pick up all the poop we find no matter who it belongs to...it's gross but I'd rather pick it up then Sadie catch some unknown and unwanted illness.
