Visit to the Countryside!

My new buddy Chico and I went to the countryside yesterday and I have to say, "He's a wild man!!" He was rolling in cow manure, sloshing in puddles, and eating horse poop! I'm not sure I shared his enthusiasm but it was fun to watch!

Marathon Morning!

When I woke this morning, I could sense something strange was going on outside so I had to wake the household with my deep protective bark! I don't know why they didn't appreciate this. It seems there was some grumblings about the early hour. Anyway, it turns out loads of humans were running down the street for no apparent reason. Fortunately, we didn't join in and I was back to sleep within five minutes of doing my watchdog job.

Fast Friends With Chico!

Ok, I've rethought the visit by Chico! After spending more time with him, I think I can let him in on some of those gourmet treats my mum makes. After all, he's just a little baby and he's so sweet and funny! I know, I know, did I just say I would give up some of my hard earned food?! As you can see by these photos, this little guy can really work his mojo on ya!

Well, for some reason my mum always stops and visits with this little guy. I'm still not sure about him as he's always biting my legs and barking at me. Geez, doesn't he know how annoying it is. My mum says he may come over to visit. I'm not sure I want to share my toys with him and I certainly don't want to give out any of those homemade treats my mom makes. Hmmm, I'll have to come up with a plot to foil this visitation thing. I'll keep ya posted.

The weather has been fabulous so I've been out smelling the flowers!

Friendly Giant!

I met this giant of a dog today. I didn't quite catch his name but he's of Russian decent and is 8 years old. He seems really nice but we are still in the early stages of getting to know one another. I'll let ya know how it turns out!

Sleep Distrubance!

Sorry for the lack of posts. We have a friend in town from the USA so we haven't been home. As you can see though, I've been getting some good zz's in! Peace out!

Pug Angel?!

Don't I look like a mellow angel here? Unfortunately, my mum and dad were a bit upset with me for eating a bowl of cheese while at a friends house. It was just too good to pass up since it was at the same height as my dog dish I was sure the nice lady put it there for me. Afterwards, they were saying something about me smelling like stinky feet. I have to rank that night as one of the best! Yummm.

Milan Trip Photos!

The Easter Trip to Milan was fabulous! The first picture is me and my new friend Chiara who I met on the ride home from Milan. She kept saying something about me being bellissimo which sounded pretty good to me!






































This beagle was a real watch dog! Shockingly, he didn't make a peep at me or the humans!

At the end of the day, I enjoyed a nap in the hotel basking in the sun! It was pure dolce vita.

Easter in Milan with Pugs Everywhere!!!!

You would not believe the number of Pugs there are in Milan! One pug was from Australia and made the 22 hour plane ride! Here are a few of the pugs I met. This first photo of the fawn pug with the pink collar, I didn't catch her name, but the owner was asking about my stud capabilities. Unfortunately, I had to break the hard news that I was castrato!

on my afternoon stroll around lake Geneva. I rarely see black pugs here so she was extra special! As you can see, I gave her my best show dog stand but it may have been a little too much for her. Hopefully I'll catch her name next time.

We are headed to Milan tomorrow and will return Tuesday. See ya then! Peace out!

Tree hugger pug!

One of my favorite pee mail sites has been cut down! But at last I was able to be the first to leave my mark on stump!

All the excitement wore me out so I had to "lay it down" on some nice fluffy pillows! Oh yeah!

Geneva Pugfest

Well, not exactly a pugfest but since we hardly ever run into pugs in Geneva it was phenomenal that we encountered three today!

Pug trip to Champagne and Burgundy France!

Sorry I haven't posted lately but we went on a last minute road trip in France! Wow, it was a great time. We toured the Burgundy and Champagne regions of France. Lots of great sniffing and tasting on the vineyards of Cote de Beaune and Cote de Nuits. I must say, I preferred the taste of the grass in Cote de Beaune over the other. It had such depth and fullness where the Cote de Nuits just didn't have that complexity.

The trip ended just in time as the weather turned unseasonably cold with incredible amounts of snow! We made it back home just in time!

Carouge Market Security

This little chihauhau may look sweet and innocent but is actually a fierce attack dog. I tried to check out the veggies at the stand and he made it known I was not to get any where near that stand. :)

Double Pug Trouble

Ahh, I have yet to understand the names of these two pug fellows as my French is still not completely fluent. I have reason to believe their walker is not their owner as she is never happy to see me! Can you imagine another pug owner not happy to see another pug?! What is happening in today's world?! ?

As you can see by the picture below, I still had a very nice walk and followed it up with a fluffy pillow nap! They're the best!

Iditarod 35 Starts

This picture was taken from the Anchorage Daily Newspaper at the start of the Iditarod which is the 1000 plus mile Alaska dog sled race. A fellow pug was cheering the racers on in downtown Anchorage!!!
